A little background on DW's facilitator: Margaret Owen Ruckert is a Sydney-born educator and poet. Her articles and poems have been widely published in journals, magazines and online sites. Her first book You Deserve Dessert investigated 110 sweet foods through poetry. Her second book musefood, explores food for thought, and won the Interactive Press 2012 Poetry Book of the Year, available at www.ipoz.bizHer love of tanka is expressed in poems matched to photographs in a number of photobooks: Sky on Sea (all about Sydney's waterways), The Dreaming Distance and other books on The Murray and New Zealand.
